Show Notes

I’ve asked these questions before and I’m going to ask them again right now: Do you feel like a doormat in any of your relationships? Do you feel resentful of others because you give in to requests for the sake of not upsetting others, to be included in the group, to be liked, or because you learned from others to always be the one who does all of the things? Are you the person who refrains from saying what you think because you don’t want to stir up any conflict? Do you go along just to go along? Do you blow your stack from time to time because you have kept so much emotion inside and can no longer stand it? Do you engage in emotional eating related to any of the above? This episode is to help you recognize if you are a passive communicator and if you are, I want to help you learn some skills to move from being a passive communicator to an assertive communicator, who respectfully, kindly, and without conflict, shares your honest thoughts, needs, wants and opinions. Let’s jump right it!
